If you're not completely satisfied with your U2ME™ Labels or Badges within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
If your physical labels arrive damaged, don't look right, or aren't what you ordered, we'll replace or refund them immediately.
If your QR code doesn't trigger notifications correctly after setup, we'll troubleshoot and fix it — or refund you.
If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond our stated timeframe, we'll reship or refund at your choice.
Ordered and decided it's not for you? Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund your order, no explanation needed.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
The 30-day window starts from the date of purchase. For physical labels, we may ask you to return the unused labels before issuing a refund — we'll cover return shipping if the issue is on our end.
Annual renewal fees ($9.99/yr) are non-refundable after the renewal period has begun, but we'll always work with you if there's a genuine issue.
This guarantee covers U2ME™ consumer products (Labels and Badges). Corporate and bulk orders are covered under separate terms agreed at time of purchase.
